Seattle anyone?
So…’it’ is leaving…and things are going to be back to the regular ole’ normal that we are so used to as Floridians…and by ‘it’ I mean the wonderful weather we have had the last two days.
There are few times that I enjoy life more than when we get our few cold “winter days” that come every January or February.
When it is cold out, have you ever noticed that everything seems…clean.
When you walk outside, you don’t feel drenched with sticky hotness.
It is easier to breath. Everything looks clean and crisp, and over all, I just feel healthier, more upbeat, and ready to face the day when it’s not a muggy 70 degrees outside.
So…is that a sign I need to leave Florida?
The thought HAS crossed my mind…especially lately…with all the other turbulence in my life…but there is something holding me back from leaving the only place I have known my whole life, leaving my friends, leaving my family…leaving my safe zone.
I can’t put my finger on it…other than to say…there is unfinished business here…an unfinished chapter in my story.
I hope I can write the end of that chapter soon…and see what else is out there.
Maybe…just maybe…

why seattle? it rains 75% of the year there. Any other places in mind?
i hate cold weather… it makes me miserable..lol.. but i want to go to colorado for grad school… go figure.
Seattle is amazing, so beautiful with so many things to do.
